Abstract

The purpose of the research is to obtain valid and correct, and reliable facts, and information data about the influence of Team Work, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using survey including pre-survey activities, consolidation, instrument trials through validity, reliability, collection and processing of research data.

The research sample are100 employees for the study sample, which was taken in a simple random, which fulfills the study requirements.

Data originating from questionnaires were analyzed by data including: description of data, testing of research requirements, including: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of the Working Team (X₁) Organizational Culture (X₂), and Job Satisfaction (X3) variables on Performance (Y) in the study, data analysis techniques were carried out with Path Analysis.Based on the results of the research analysis:

1) There is the influence of the Work Team on Job Satisfaction. The influence of the Working Team on Job Satisfaction is 45.40%. 2) There is an influence of the Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction. The influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction is 47.25%.  3) There is the influence of the Work Team on Performance. The influence of the Working Team on Performance is 33.51%. 4) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Performance. The influence of Organizational Culture on Performance is 31,64%. 5) There is an influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance. The influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance is 32.22%.
