The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Remuneration, Leadership Style and Work discipline of the staff militer. The number of sample in this study were 55 people who are employees in the work unit planning staff . Technics use of sample used is simple random sampling random sampling. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive statistic and multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.
The conclusion of the research is partially that remuneration significantly influence personal performance, this means that if the remuneration is better, it will cause an increase in the quality of personal performance Leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees, mean improved leadership style if it will cause personal increase in personal performance. Discipline significantly affect the performance.
