Abstract

The objective  of this research was to determine the effect of leadership , discipline adn motivation on the performance of the personnel of the personnel KOOPSAU I. The research was conducted at the KOOPSAU I of the Indonesian Air Force in Jakarta. The method used to analyze this research is a causal study. The sample in this study were 80 personnel from the KOOPSAU I of the Indonesian Air Force in Jakarta. From the research results, it is found that: (1) there is a direct effect of leadership on performance ; (2) there is a direct effect of discipline on on performance; (3) there is a direct effect of motivation on performance. Based on these findings it can be ignored that the performance of personnel is built by leadership, discipline and motivation. And motivation has the most dominant influence on improving personnel performance. In other words, higher motivation and discipline  will increase leadership on performance. Finally, it is determined that, motivation, discipline and leadership should try to improve the performance of personnel.
